Refund Policy

Once a pickup order has left the Cake Box bakery premises, absolutely no refunds will be issued.

Order Credit Policy

In the event that your event has been postponed or canceled, your order has a maximum of 6 (six) months from the date of purchase that a credit can be used. This order credit policy only applies to orders approved by management.

A minimum of 8 (eight) business days of advanced notice must be given for the cancellation of any custom bakery orders. A minimum of 48 (forty-eight)-hours of advanced notice must be given for the cancellation of any special or regular bakery items ordered.
